Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Interactive Love Story ("the App") operated by Oleksandr Riabchuk ("we", "us", or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Eligibility
The App is intended for a mature audience. You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Not use the App in any way that could harm or impair its functionality
- Not submit prompts or content that are illegal, abusive, defamatory, or that violate the rights of others
- Not attempt to generate content that sexualizes or depicts minors, real people without consent, or that otherwise violates our content policies or the policies of our AI providers
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate fictional stories, scenes, dialogue, and imagery based on the prompts and choices you provide. Generated content is fictional and does not describe real people or events. Output may be imperfect, inconsistent, or surprising. You are responsible for how you use the generated content.
We do not guarantee that any two generations will be identical, nor that a specific output will be available again in the future. We may adjust, update, or replace the AI models used by the App at any time.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App may offer tokens, token packs, and auto-renewing subscriptions as in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Tokens and other consumable purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, artwork, and functionality are owned by Oleksandr Riabchuk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
Any prompts, characters, and story ideas you submit through the App remain your property. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, transmit, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App — including sending it to our AI providers to generate the requested story or image.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our content policies.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific AI-generated output will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleksandr Riabchuk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any content it generates.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
